These Terms of Use apply to SeniorTravelingGuide.com (the "site"), operated by Senior Traveling Guide LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including our guides, the STG Trip Planner, and our Trip Tools: the road trip gas calculator, the RV gas station finder, the RV propane calculator, the RV generator size calculator, and the tongue weight calculator (together, the "Tools"). Please read them carefully. By using the site or any Tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Everything on the site, including the results of the Tools, is general information for planning purposes. The site uses information and services from third parties, such as the U.S. Energy Information Administration, Mapbox, and our travel partners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these organizations, or by any vehicle, equipment, fuel, or travel brand named on the site, unless we say so. Names and brands are used for identification and reference only.

The site's text, design, graphics, and code belong to Senior Traveling Guide LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party names, logos, maps, and data belong to their owners.
We may change, add, or remove any part of the site or the Tools, and update these terms, at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site.
